What this site collects today
The public pages are static educational files. Spine Motion Guide does not operate user accounts, and the codebase does not include a first-party analytics script.
Pages load fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). Google may receive standard technical data such as your IP address and browser information when those files are requested. This publication does not control Google’s retention of that data.
The site is hosted by Vercel. A hosting provider can receive the usual server logs that come with delivering a webpage. Retention of those logs is set by the host, not described in a separate Spine Motion Guide schedule here.
Forms and the questionnaire
The contact form is disabled. It does not email, store, or submit messages. Nothing you type there is sent to Premia Spine or to this publication.
The candidacy questionnaire runs in your browser. Answers are not posted to a Spine Motion Guide server. If you copy the visit-topic list, that copy lives on your device.
No retention period is stated for contact messages or questionnaire answers because this site does not currently receive those records.
Health information
Do not send imaging reports, identification documents, or detailed medical histories to this website. There is no reviewed clinical intake path.
Who to contact
A data-controller name and a privacy email have not been published. Use the contact page to see how editorial notes are meant to work once an address exists.
